Creating awareness of cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities, and advocating equal opportunities for all persons with the condition.

PROGRAMMES INCLUDE Early Intervention programs for Infants and Children(EIPIC), Goodwill Rehabilitation and Occupational workshop (GROW), CPAC Connect Alumni Programme, CPAS School, Day Activity Centre.

SERVICES: Home Management programme, Allied Health,  Outpatient Programme, Specialised Clinics.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISES:  Art Gallery, Gift Shop, Orange Garden Shop, Orange Garden Cafe
