National Autism Association
The national association Autism was founded in 1962 by a group of parents in collaboration with professionals.
That collaboration continues to characterize the association. The National Association for Autism also has an interaction with relatives, users, schools/institutions, circles, disability organizations, local politicians, and the Folketing.
The association's activities
The National Association for Autism embraces a wide range of: Information work, courses and conferences for members and professionals, employment and housing offers and membership support.
The association's political work is wide-ranging. From the creation of laws to the follow-up of the current, political agenda that affects our target group. These include inclusion, flexjob and early retirement reform, employment.
Through articles, press releases, debate posts, campaigns, consultation responses, ministerial meetings and cooperation with Danish disability organizations - we follow up on current issues for the benefit of our target group.

Den nationale forening Autisme blev grundlagt i 1962 af en gruppe af forældre i samarbejde med fagfolk.
Dette samarbejde fortsætter med at karakterisere foreningen. National Association for Autism har også et samspil med pårørende, brugere, skoler / institutioner, cirkler, handicaporganisationer, lokale politikere og Folketinget.
Foreningens aktiviteter
National Association for Autism omfatter en bred vifte af: Informationsarbejde, kurser og konferencer for medlemmer og fagfolk, beskæftigelse og boligtilbud og medlemsstøtte.
Foreningens politiske arbejde er vidtgående. Fra oprettelsen af love til opfølgningen af den nuværende politiske dagsorden, der påvirker vores målgruppe. Disse inkluderer inklusion, flexjob og førtidspension, beskæftigelse.
Gennem artikler, pressemeddelelser, debatindlæg, kampagner, høringssvar, ministermøder og samarbejde med danske handicaporganisationer - følger vi op på aktuelle emner til gavn for vores målgruppe.
