After 50 years of providing care for developmentally challenged children - Rosa Panetta needed a break. Rosa’s daughter (Mary Pronesti) took over and started Rosa’s Centre. A family run organization where everyone is treated as family. Rosa’s Centre provides a safe and loving environment for adults with disabilities while ensuring their health, happiness, security and the fulfillment of their highest potential. We help clients reach personal independence in daily living. The dedicated, compassionate and qualified staff of Rosa’s Centre serve anyone living in Brampton, Mississauga and Caledon with a physical, intellectual, or developmental disability.
At our Day Program in Brampton we create individualized programs that help build upon each persons skills / knowledge:
* Reading & Spelling
* Communication Skills
* Basic Computer Training
* Exercise Classes / Light Cardio
* Food Preparation
* Personal Hygiene
Activities such as community outings, arts & crafts, games and parties provide a fun environment to foster everyday life skills. Helping individuals achieve personal goals and to become more confident, productive members of society.
