Description
Threshold Community Program (TCP) has evolved to serve the particular needs of adolescents and adults, many on the autistic spectrum, who have struggled in other settings to get the support they need to live purposeful, active lives, connected to other people and communities in sustaining ways.
Many teens, especially those who have social communication challenges, learning disabilities, and difficulties with emotional regulation need a more comprehensive, therapeutic scaffolding to help them grow successfully into adulthood.
Many adults who have completed high school find themselves lacking purpose, emotional resilience, and a community filled with supportive relationships.
We exist to support those adolescents and adults, and to meet their needs in a comprehensive way.
